In a new 2-day format, students will rehearse and perform full orchestra masterworks, alongside a new symphonic suite to the acclaimed video game The Baby in Yellow. In addition to working in the Full Orchestra Honors Orchestra, students will participate in a mock "Nashville Studio Recording Session" and learn more about video game composition.  This year's clinicians are Jen Drake (Music Director at Boise Youth Orchestra), Jacob Aaron Schnitzer (Director of Orchestral Activities at Austin Peay), David Shipps (Nashville Studio Orchestrator and Conductor), and Virginia Leo (Composer of The Baby in Yellow) who will be working with both student performers and directors/teachers during the festival.
